just started teaching a K2 boy
bought him assessment books and at the start of the English book
there are qus asking
I am ________ (name)
I am ________ (age) years old
I am ________ (boy/girl)
I am ________ (thin/fat)
after telling him how the words (thin and fat) read
without hesitation he wrote down 'thin'
i was abit surprised though
cos he is not those that falls under the border line between thin and fat hahah
you see?
and he insisted on 'thin' as the answer even asking him the 2nd time nx laughing point was the topic on body where he learnt the words, eye, ear, hand, head, nose, neck, foot, mouth
so i taught him more body parts than the ones given in the book like, elbow, arm, cheek, chin hahha and he looked down and i said,
"this is double-chin" pointing at his portuding flesh under his chin!
