You watched the public memorial service for Lydia Sum?
i did not follow her news much but after watching her public memorial service held in Hong Kong i feel really sad for her daughter, Joyce.
Though at the public memorial service so many of the uncles and aunties said that they will help and definitely be there for her daughter, when she needs help... even his dad said that he will continue bringing her up...but i believed things will not gonna be the same anymore.
During the public memorial service, many had said that Lydia's drive in life is her daughter, probably because she's a single parent and did all her best to make up for her daughter...and now the love and everything is gone...
Standing in her shoe, imagined losing someone that is so closed to you.. someone you shared all the tiny secrets with, someone whom gave you all the support and motivation in life...just left you! i just can't expressed how bitter it is in words neither could i know how it feels like.
Joyce is so brave, standing in the light talking and expressing her love for her late mom...and still brings it out so well. The moment where she went up the stage with her dad, i don't know if it's true or if he's finding excuses to cover himself and wanted Joyce to say her point of view...but she didn't continue much and said smth like its a memorial session for her mom.
She is so disciplined under her mom's bring up.
I really hope things will get better for her.
