was a new experience. went prawn fishing yester w/ san, bert and his church clings. dey r all so friendly! met at Cck interchange at 1.30...n took a bus to 'farmart centre'.
we were separated into a grp of either two or three...n start off w/ given a small bag of 'harm', little choppin board, net, mini pail and rod. kind fiana voluntered to deal w/ e 'harm'...aft findin a spot n settled everyting...we started our prawn fishing! standin n squatin for 30mins...dere were no movement fr our rod...n we cn oni looked at those ppl tat r screamin n shoutin for help aft dey hooked out prawns by prawns out of e water. =(
so i n fiana decided to change our place...*hee! 10mins later, guess wat? fiana was screamin n she hooked out our 1st prawn! haha but both of us didnt noe how to grab n unhooked the prawn...so hui xian? came n helped us w/ it....tink our screamin made her panic too...aft unhooked the prawn, she rushed to our net...n wanted to throw in...but carelessly she threw it back to the water!
...i was standin dere n stoned for like 1min? dere goes our 1st catch! =( but gradually things goes smoothly n fiana hooked out our 2nd, followed by mi hookin out our 3rd prawn...n so on but due to workin and meetin ah ling at 5.30...i got to part w/ 'em in the middle of the fishin n cant join 'em for bbq of our own catchin =(
but it was realli a excited n fun activity aft all!
